For serious Ball Players: this is a great way to incorporate Zona-Fit(strength & conditioning) and specialized baseball training.  Sign-up now spots are limited.

 

3 Day Camps 

June 2-3-4 - Big Stick Hitting / Bunting

June 16-17-18 - Gold Glove Fielding

July 7-8-9 - Dominate your game Pitcher / Catcher

July 21-22-23 - Total Player World Series Camp

Ages 9-15 We will break up into age groups. Lunch will be provided. Camp will run from 9am - 2:30 pm. Will be inside and outside so bring cleats, and sneakers.

Cost: $85 BL Member / $100 non- BL Member

1 Day Elite Camps

Pitcher / Catcher Performance Clinic

June 9th - 7-10 year olds

June 10th - 11-13 year olds

June 11th - 14-16 year olds

Clinic will run from 9am-12pm. We will have radar gun velocity, time readings to the plate, differential gun times of different pitches, pop times for catchers. We will than break down the times and look to improve both physically and mentally.

Cost: $40 BL Member / $50 non- BL Member

Advanced Hitting Clinic

June 23rd - 14-16 year olds

June 24th - 7-10 year olds

June 25th - 11-13 year olds

Clinic will include video analysis, bat speed testing, advance plate approach techniques, demo of drills to be used at home.

Cost: $40 BL Member / $50 non- BL Member

Web-Gem Defensive Skills Clinic

July 14th - 7-10 year olds

July 15th - 11-13 year olds

July 16th - 14-16 year olds

Clinic will include infield / outfield advance fielding techniques, video analysis, reaction times, and lateral footwork progression drills. It will also include advanced defensive mental approach.

Cost: $40 BL Member / $50 non- BL Member

Base Running / Acceleration Clinic

July 27th - 14-16 year olds

July 28th - 11-13 year olds

July 29th - 7-10 year olds

Clinic will incorporate advanced base running techniques, reads on the bases, tips for 40 yard and 60 yard dash times for pro style workouts. Overview for better performance for both high school tryouts, and college and MLB showcases.

Cost: $40 BL Member / $50 non- BL Member
